Meem Sakin Rules — أحكام الميم الساكنة
These three rules apply whenever Meem has Sukoon (مْ) and is followed by another letter.

Ikhfaa Shafawi (إخفاء شفوي) — Labial Concealment
When Meem Sakin (مْ) is followed by ب, conceal the Meem with lips slightly apart and hold ghunna for 2 counts.

Idghaam Shafawi (إدغام شفوي) — Labial Merge
When Meem Sakin is followed by another م, merge the two Meems into one stressed Meem with ghunna for 2 counts.

Izhaar Shafawi (إظهار شفوي) — Labial Clear
When Meem Sakin is followed by any letter other than ب or م, pronounce the Meem clearly with no nasal sound.
